THE SMART GIVING PROGRAM

Locker 81 provides an answer and a solution with their SMART GIVING Program.

In this program foundation members, alumni, and the student body can continually generate funds for your college or university by simply using a school-sponsored SMART GIVING VISA DEBIT CARD to make their regular everyday purchases. 

When a purchase is made by a cardholder with a SMART GIVING VISA DEBIT CARD
a percentage of the merchant processing fees that are paid to Visa  by the merchant are redirected to a foundation or school sponsored program.

In other words, the normal giving patterns of your school supporters are un-affected because the funds that are generated, come from the regular cost-of-doing-business processing fees paid by a merchant. So now monies that your supporters regularly spend for gas and groceries can now create funds for your schools needs, designated projects or scholarships. 

So think of it, your school's educational projects and even monthly support needed to pay teacher salaries can now be funded through the SMART GIVING Program. And because the SMART GIVING VISA DEBIT CARD continues to be used year-round by the cardholder,   
monthly revenues are generated for the school year round.
